Association Structure                                                                                              

The  Leatherhead  Residents Association (LRA) is now structured as a Company Limited by Guarantee (Company Number 10248803). This ensures that in the unlikely event of default the liability of any member  is limited to the guarantee sum of £1.00

The Company is managed on a volunteer basis by its Board of Directors(D) and  officers (O)

The Board meets on the first Monday of most months of the year and the majority of these are open meetings where  members,councillors and members of the public are welcome to attend (see the Home Page for details of the next meeting).
